Quicken Customer Support is horrible

By , March 27, 2018 5:55 pm

Quicken’s customer service sucks. I’ve been a user of Quicken for over 20 years and 2 days ago when I launched quicken I got a popup saying that my version of Quicken was going to expire next month and If I wanted to be able to download bank transaction I would need to buy the newest version of Quicken. So, I thought this was wrong of them to do something like this. So, I went to their website and complained about it. Tonight I got an email saying that they deleted my post because it violated one of the terms. They said I was providing misinformation. I told the truth in that post and they are don’t want their other customers to see it. They also are not allowing it to appear in the listing on their website. But They didn’t deleted it from their database. Here is a direct link to the message. https://getsatisfaction.com/quickencommunity/topics/update-quicken-2015-for-mac

This is the person who deleted my post.

I added WP Super Cache and Yoast WordPress SEO plugin to the site. Both plugins seem to be doing a great job. I’m getting more hits from search engines and the site is loading much faster.

1Password for Windows

By , April 23, 2010 11:13 pm

It’s not often I come across a program that I say is a must have, the one program I use on my Mac and iPhone that is a must have is making it’s way to the Windows world.

1Password is a Password Manager that uniquely brings you both Security and Convenience. It is the only program that provides Anti-Phishing protection and goes beyond password management by adding Web Form Filling and Automatic Strong Password Generation. All your confidential information, including passwords, identities, and credit cards, is kept in one secure place, protected by the only password you will need to remember.

Agile Web Solutions released a beta version of 1Password for Windows. I haven’t tried the Windows version yet, but the guys at Agile Web Solutions have never let me down with the Mac version. This program on the Mac is a must have and I am willing to bet that the Windows version will be in the same boat as the Mac version.
