Before you can start programming you should decide what app you want to write and for what device. Want to learn Swift or C# Programming? Here are a couple resources for programming in Swift for iOS and C# for Windows.

iPhone, iPad and MacOs Programming

If you want to write iPhone apps or MacOS apps you will need Xcode from Apple. It is free to sign up as a developer on Apple’s website. Signing up to their developer section will give you tons of free resources.

Here are just a couple resources I’ve been using to learn Swift.

Windows Programming

If you want to make an app that runs on Windows. I would look at C#. You can download Visual Studio Community from Microsoft and they have a some good tutorials to get you started.
