			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<!--Amazon_CLS_IM_START--><p>Is the iPhone App Store having update problems? It seems that some people including me are having issues updating there apps either through iTunes or on the iPhone.  Here is the problem: The app downloads and installs on the iphone. Then the app store still shows that you have an app to update. Once you click on the App store it shows you the app you just installed. If you use iTunes the same thing happens, it just downloads and then shows you that you have an app thats need to be updated. If you check the version of the app is it still the old version. It seems that the previous version is being downloaded and installed. This is affecting both Macs and Windows version of iTunes.</p>
